As an academic developed projects and brought forward issues concerning the public sector leadership and management. In her researches, done in European states and US, analysed the interferences between politics and administration and their influences on the future development of the society. In her activity emphasized the importance of the Lifelong Learning programmes and the Erasmus programme as major pillars in the promotion of the European culture. She was responsible for the management of many projects, financed by EU or other international organisations.
Alina Burlacu
Project Assistant - CExA Asociatia
Young entrepreneur who develops experiential training programs for youth, employees and managers. She has participated in various international projects both as an event organizer, team leader and trainer. She is also a certified CEFE (Creating enterprises through forming entrepreneurs) trainer and the Centre’s consultant on non formal education programs. Moreover, as a promoter of non-formal education methods she developed new artistic techniques necessary to support EU and national entrepreneurial education.

She holds a degree in Informatics and Telecommunications from the University of Peloponnese in Greece. She works as an LMS (Learning Management System) designer in the implementation of national and European programs. She is also experienced in Databases Systems and Digital Marketing techniques.

Manager of a Development Project Department and the coordinator of the Energetic Science Centre in Kielce Technology Park, an academic teacher at Jan Kochanowski University.

Elena Pallarés

Graduate in Clinical Psychology and Industrial. Certificate in Pedagogic Studies with Master’s degree in Management and Administration Humans Resources, Technical management and business administration and High graduate in workplace risks prevention. With more than 20 years of experience in vocational training, five of them are dedicated to Human Resources: internal company training, selection, personnel development, labour integration and performance evaluation among other functions. In the last 10 years he has been technical coordinator of competitive public financing projects at national and European level. Associate Professor at the University of Zaragoza and several Business Schools.

Cristina Sousa
Project Manager Universidade Portucalense Portugal
Assistant Professor at Universidade Portucalense (UPT) and director and researcher at REMIT – Research on Economics, Management and Information Technologies. She has a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Science and Technology and a PhD in Economics, both from ISEG/UTL (Lisbon, Portugal). She has collaborated on several research projects, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship in knowledge-intensive sectors, social innovation and entrepreneurship, international knowledge transfer and energy system transitions.
Meta Brecic
Project Manager - Zavod Nefiks Slovenia
Studied Adult Education and Japanese language. She has been involved in various international projects since her students' years throughout which she got experiences with working in international teams and working with youth. As an International Project Coordinator at Zavod Nefiks she is promoting international mobility programmes for youth and youth workers, coordinating international projects, preparing participants for the mobility and organizing their travel. She is the coordinator of several long term projects.

Project Proposal Developer and Administrative Assistant at iSource Ltd; Master of Public Administration; 7 years experience in entrepreneurship development and support serving as a project assistant on several projects funded by the US Embassy Macedonia, USAID, EU, Ministry of economy, R. Macedonia and Netherlands Government. Six of the project proposals (entrepreneurship and IT) she was leading the process of development and writing were awarded with grants for implementation raising more than 300 000 euros.
