Mentoring is often one component of a program that involves other elements, such as tutoring or life skills training and coaching. The supportive, healthy relationships formed between mentors and mentees are both immediate and long-term and contribute to a host of benefits for mentors and mentees. Based on mutual experience of 7 partner organization in this project, we created this program to for young people who will need support in developing their carrier in IT and other related industries or further development of their business ideas in the IT sector.

The main goal of the mentorship platform will be to connect mentors from the IT industry with young people in order to help young people to increase their employability skills and future carriers in order to contribute to creation of quality and job places in the IT industry and motivation of new generation of IT entrepreneurs.

The advantage of this platform is that it connects the mentors and mentees online. You can open an account as a mentee, fill the profile information and based on your skills and knowledge, the platform will generate suggestion which mentor to choose. Then you will send invitation to the mentor and if he/she accepts, the mentorship can begin. So in a busy world and tight schedules, online mentorship is excellent solution to be mentored and advance in your carrier.
