Last month we were in preparations of IT Launch Box Mentorship program. Teams of leaders from each partner organization are in continuous preparations to launch quality program for young people who want to be guided in their carriers and advance their professional skills.

As a part of this mentorship program, Mentorship web platform was developed, free and open to everyone who wants to connect with mentors – professionals in their fields and ask for guidance in their carrier. The Mentoring Platform as new initiative is aimed at encouraging and motivating youth through the shared knowledge and experience of senior community mentors, who have made positive contributions to the society.

In order to promote this program, several Multiplier events were organized by the partner organizations in the project during February and March 2018. The goal of these events was to promote the Mentorship platform in front of potential mentees, different stakeholders from public, business, educational and nonprofit sector.
