The second training event was organized in Kielce Technology Park, Poland from 25th until 29th of September. Representatives of all partner organizations in the project participated on three days of training and two days of study visits.
The project partners were consulting on the design of the Online Mentorship program for young people who will need support in further development of their business ideas in the IT sector or develop carrier in IT industry. The Mentoring Platform will encourage and motivate the youth to pursue their chosen career assisted by senior business mentors from IT sector. The platform will build bridges linking youth with ongoing access to professional mentors who help fast-track their potential. This program will start in the next month. Follow us and stay tuned.
During the study visits, it was excellent possibility for all participants to visit IT successful companies (Transition Technologies SA, CABIOMEDE, startup community, Municipality of Kielce, Faculty of technology sciences, etc.) – seeing their experiences, challenges, demands, how this project contributes in their everyday work, etc.
